I've been a Sparker for seven years. Joined Sparks in October '07. I've five children, 40, 31, 28, 26, and 25. (Four boys/one girl) I have four GDs, Grace Olivia (4), Chanel Ava (3), Lily Dona (3) and Chloe' Renee (17 months).

I'm happy for all my Sparker Friends, who have been so wonderful to me and to give Nathan encouragement.
My seventh year goal is to EXERCISE daily now that I turned 65 and in my head I'm still 30.

Update on Nathan's Testicular Cancer: August 2015

Nathan has been doing well since his surgery and 4 rounds of chemotherapy. His tests were "clean" so he will have more in February. He has been well for six years.

Thanks for your kind comment on my Spark blog about water consumption. It's funny...I really only drink water and herbal tea. I'm not a juice person and I sure don't drink soda or fake drinks like Gatorade, Powerade or things like that. I think for me it's just remembering to drink. Ha ha! I don't tend to drink a lot of liquids anyhow, hence why I'm attacking this goal of 8 glasses of water a day. I just need to remember to do it throughout the day versus forgetting and then having to gulp a lot at night.
