I've been a Sparker for seven years. Joined Sparks in October '07. I've five children, 40, 31, 28, 26, and 25. (Four boys/one girl) I have four GDs, Grace Olivia (4), Chanel Ava (3), Lily Dona (3) and Chloe' Renee (17 months).

I'm happy for all my Sparker Friends, who have been so wonderful to me and to give Nathan encouragement.
My seventh year goal is to EXERCISE daily now that I turned 65 and in my head I'm still 30.

Update on Nathan's Testicular Cancer: August 2015

Nathan has been doing well since his surgery and 4 rounds of chemotherapy. His tests were "clean" so he will have more in February. He has been well for six years.

You're so right, we're all so large now, and our clothing sizes don't come anywhere close to resembling those from our youth.

And yes, we just have so much *stuff*. Our house is reasonably clean, but there's just so much stuff that needs to be put away before we can entertain. Our kid's textbooks and school binders overflowing with paper are spread across two rooms downstairs because she likes to be around us while she does her homework. We have magazines and musical instruments and computer parts and ... stuff! strewn everywhere. Just so much *stuff*. I have this fantasy that when we are empty nesters in a few years, we can get rid of much of this stuff, and our house will look like it has civilized occupants in it!

I had wanted to begin doing yoga in the new year but have not just yet. I am a little intimidated by it as not very limber... Have often do you do yoga?
