My ninth year goal is to EXERCISE daily now that I turned 67 and in my head I'm still 30.

    Yeah, I put on 5 lbs this week "for no apparent reason" due to binges.

    I guess turning 65 reminded me of all the people who never made it. There have been a lot of them.

    If you watch your nutritional needs - not talking calories here - it will definitely help stave off Altzheimers. If you don't feel you're getting the nutrition, one Ensure daily helps a lot! My DH is 95 now and because his eating has become irregular, I give him one Ensure with breakfast and he just puts it over his cereal. At least I know I am meeting his nutritional needs. It's different being in charge of someone else's needs.
