It's all about the plan!
I am planning out workouts, being flexible and adjusting as needed when life gets in the way of the plan.

I exercise by going to CrossFit 2-3x a week, running, walking my dogs, hiking, playing tennis, and riding my horse.

I am vegetarian and try to eat clean as much as I can.

I'm a teacher, wife, and mom to 2 dogs & a horse, living in the mountains of NC.

Since starting CrossFit in January I am on the path of changing my body, my mind, and my life. I have not used SparkPeople in a while and am back after already losing 10 pounds.

Regarding your comment in the sweet tooth challenge, i have a husband that can eat sweets in moderation and i ask him to help me by having his sweets out of sight. Otherwise it's hard.
I quit sugar on Sunday for the third time in my life, feeling liberated.
