I am not a doctor, but I can recommend working out MORE, as that has helped me. I try for the 4x a week workout, and because medically I have to go slow and I have the time, I have added another 12-30 minutes to my workouts when I can. I aim for that extra time at least once a week or hopefully twice. The food intake is important, but the body was meant to move!
