My Goals:
I have to lose atleast 50 lbs..come hell or high water...
My Program:
Closely monitor my diet and make sure i take low GI food. Have my medicines on time and workout 45 minutes- 1 hour atleast 4-5 times a week.
Other Information:
I have to get fit for my baby.
