My Goals:
I would like to lose at least 6 pounds, but the reason I'm here is to tone my mid-section. After having 2 kids, my waist needs a lot of work. And I would love to have thighs that don't rub together when I walk!

My Program:
I am not on a strict diet, but I am trying to eat healthier. I've cut out most sweets, I'm drinking less soda and more water, and I've been working on portion size.

Personal Information:
I live in NC.
