Hi! Thanks for your comment. Congrats on the 10 lb loss. Keep up the great work. As far as loose skin goes I must tell you that everyones body is different and some people are just more prone to it than others. But me personally I have a tiny bit on my arms. It's not really a big deal to my because I think that my strength training routine will help tone them up a bit. So my advice is to lose slowly and incorporate strength training into your fitness plan from the beginning. Even if you do come to find you do have loose skin just remember that you are being a healthier happier you!

thx for the comment on my blog. Good luck on the whole gym thing. My gym has a kids center too, I've heard it's good, and fun for them. Good job on the wieght loss so far!
