I am SO DONE!!!
My name is Jen and I have overweight my whole life. I've really found that sparkpeople is an awesome tool for helping me acheive my weight loss goals. I started my weight loss journey in April of 2008 at 257 and have gotten as low as 178 but have had two babies in that time. Ready to lose it for good.

My Goals:
I am really looking to get healthy and lose weight. Ultimately, I would like to be 160 by June and to build a lot more muscle tone.
My Program:
I excercise 5-6 days a week, for at least 45 minutes per day. I like running, kickboxing, step class, circuit training, spinning, etc.
