A New Journey

Hi, I’m Julie. I have gained my weight back once again. I have to realize that I have a billion excuses to why this has happened to me. I didn’t want to be “that” person but the truth is “I am” and it is going to be ok. I am coming back to find the answers, be accountable and seek encouragement, guidance and help. I am stress eater. I need to find my triggers one by one. I need to take a long hard look at what has happened. I don’t want to give up.

You can do this Julie! And remember - you didn't gain ALL the weight back. You are still a good 45 lbs under your starting weight from before. You've done this before and you can do this again.

PS - Who is the woman in the cowboy hat with you in your new photo? I don't recognize her.
