At this stage of the game, while I would welcome a diagnosis for what's been going on, I do admit that I'm a tad bit scared of the diagnosis, too. But I guess we'll see what my surgeon says today and also what my pain management specialist says when I see him next week. Thanks for the comment on my page. To answer your question about my steps: I try to walk or bike for an hour everyday. The rest of the time is just getting as many steps in during my regular day. For example, when I'm folding clothes, I pick up a shirt, towel, etc and walk while I fold it, walk to put it up and walk back to grab another one. Basically, all the shortcuts I used to take to save time, I add back in now to get more steps!
