Thanks for stopping by and updating me. I know that hearing that your mammogram is abnormal is stressful and scary but try not to panic. As you know I am an 8 year breast cancer survivor and when I had my annual diagnostic mammogram in August there was an abnormality in the breast that I had bc in After a few mammograms of the same area I finally had to get an ultrasound which proved to be some calcification. They compared my films from last year and there is more calcification but the technician told me that it is from scar tissue, etc, and recommended that I follow-up in one year.
Try not to worry because it will probably turn out to be nothing. In the meantime, stay positive and try to be as consistent as you can with you diet and exercise; we can do a challenge together when you are up to it.
Sending positive karma your way and praying that everything will be ok.
Take care... enjoy your day and have a wonderful weekend.
