Canning beans is really simple. Wash them, snap them, (decide on whether you want to "hot pack" them or "cold pack), if hot packing then use a really large pan and cook the beans for like 5 minutes, place into jars and then pressure can for 20 (quarts), 15 (pints).
Its really that simple!
Yellow beans are coming up here in Michigan this week. LOL
Then tomaters...LOL...other veggies. We already did some corn some months ago. One store was having a huge sell out on its fresh corn shipped from Florida at really cheap prices. We bought a buschel and did those.
