My Goals:
I'm 5'2 and would like to be around 120.


My Program:
*To consume NO more than 1500 calories a day. But if I do go over slightly, not to beat myself up over it.

*To drink between 8-12 glasses of water a day. Diet sodas ONLY and 1 per day.

*Exercise 30-45 minutes a day, 4 days a week.

*Keep track of my calories in my diet journal and on Spark.

*Try not to become obsessive about my weight.

*Try not to weigh multiple times a day.

*Don't get discouraged so easily.

*KEEP GOING!!!
