I am training for 3 reasons.

1. Be able to be active with my children, because they deserve a daddy and not a couch potato.
2. To look awesome for my beautiful wife Cristina, because she deserves a husband that looks like a winner.
3. To look in the mirror and love what I see each and every morning. Its time to get back to where I used to be, and beyond.

I am in the Air Force, recouping from 2 cases of Myocarditis (mild heart attacks) caused by a virus. I would like to get in better shape so that I can max out my PT score. I am also training so that I might be able to do the 300 workout from the movie 300 and to run in a Tough Mudder. Wish me luck.

My Goals:
Get down to 165 lbs. Be able to run my Mile and 1/2 test in 10:30.

My Program:
Right now I am taking a serious look at all the carbs that I am taking in. I am reassessing my workouts and going to take tips from Olympic coaches to get in better shape faster.

Personal Information:
I live in Omaha NE, and work for the USAF at Offutt AFB as a ??????? (can't tell you - Top Secret). I am married to a wonderful and gorgeous woman named Cristina. She is a German Attorney, who is also studying at Creighton University. She will be working out with me and we will motivate each other along our fitness and scholastic journeys.
