Here I go again...

Losing the weight is hard enough. Keeping it off...now, that's a completely different story! I lost 90 lbs 7 years ago. But, got comfortable with the fact I wouldn't gain it back. Needless to say, I stopped doing the things that I did to lose it. It took several years to happen, but it happened...it came back. Not all of it, but half of it. Now I'm 42 years old and finding it extremely difficult to take it off this time around. Certainly not as easily and quickly as it came off, once I had made ...

Needless to say, I stopped doing the things that I did to lose it. It took several years to happen, but it happened...it came back. Not all of it, but half of it. Now I'm 42 years old and finding it extremely difficult to take it off this time around. Certainly not as easily and quickly as it came off, once I had made up my mind to do it. So, here I am, working as hard as I can to get back to my goal size. And I say size, because I hate numbers on the scale!

Hey there. Thanks for the comment on my blog. To answer your question -- no, I didn't see any difference in the bloating and gas on Visalus. I'm now down to one shake a day -- just in the morning. My mother and sister both tried it and ended up stopping because of the gastrointestinal symptoms they had -- some people just don't seem to tolerate it very well. Might be worth cutting down to one shake a day to see if that makes a difference for you. Or trying almond or rice milk instead of soy. Some people have difficulty with soy, and since the shake is soy based, it might be a little too much. Good luck with everything!
