Ahh Gamer geek....hence you sit at the computer all day and time flies so fast that you don't even realize it.
Step #1 - Eat a bowl of cereal - measure it out, Skim milk or 1-2% max. And a banana if you need the extra. Keep track of what you eat daily on SP.
Step #2 - before you plant your tail on the chair for the Game....walk around the block if you have one to walk around ( I don't..I live on a dirt road in a very rural area). Just get a 1/2 mile in first day..increase from there. Then before you sit in the chair...do a few crunches and push-ups...work your arms a bit and then you can do your gaming.
Step #3....have a reminder pop up on your WOW screen to EAT a Snack..
Step #4 ...have a reminder pop up on your WOW screen to Eat Lunch and put these in SP.
