Now... FIGHT

I'm Julia (formerly 2ys4you) and I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

I have been on and off the Spark wagon since joining in 2007, and since then I have both lost and gained weight, but I have never given up! For me, that is the most important thing!

I always seem to come back to Spark, so it must be helping me to do SOMETHING right!

The plan which is currently working for me:

1. If it's crap, don't bring it in the house. Period.

2. Exercise. At least 5 days per week. (You know you CAN do it.) Work it hard, and as long as you possibly can as often as possible.

3. Drink LOTS of water. Even when you don't feel thirsty. You KNOW it's good for you.

4. Be accountable. To someone... ANYONE. SP friends, family members, friends, whoever. Just tell someone. Good OR bad.

5. Be supportive to those people listed above :) Providing support to others in fact provides support to yourself without you even realizing it.

My Goals:
Be at a healthy weight into my 30s and for the rest of my life!

Become a healthier person.

Make exercise a daily priority and find ways to incorporate exercise into my everyday life.

Be aware of the food I'm putting in my body. Food is supposed to be FUEL, not a free-for-all!

Take an active role in the way I look and feel.

I have to lose about 60lbs to be at a healthy BMI. I'll see what happens once I get there.

My Program:
Eat more fruits & veggies & Whole Grains.

Do ANYTHING to become more and stay active

Oh... and drink lots of water :)

GOAL #1 is to get under 200lbs and STAY THERE.
