Balance not Binges!

I've struggled w/ maintaining my weight since I was 14. When I am happy I don't eat poorly and I work out, when I am stressed I become reclusive and bad to myself, am lazy and will binge a bit on bad foods to sooth myself, which ultimately makes me feel worse - go figure! I am not gaining strength after some stresses and finding getting back on track to be difficult. I was down 25 pounds, now I am up a solid 10 pounds shooting for a 10 pound loss by Halloween.... then to better maintain my ...

I have been with SparkPeople a few years now. I have recently just went Vegan and have done some juicing. I totally agree with what you said in your comment on The Truth About Juicing Your Life. I have been reading a lot of the comments this morning and it is funny how people have mentioned the same videos I have watched that others have mentioned. Plus many more. If you can find the book Food For Life by Dr. Neal Barnard, I am sure you will enjoy the read.
