Time To Get SERIOUS about my health!
OK - This is not funny anymore. I feel terrible, my bones and joints are aching, I feel bloated and uncomfortable. I am 53 years old and planning to live a long full life with my wonderful hubby! We are beginning to put our plan in place for our retirement and I realize that I WANT TO LIVE to do all the things we planned.....
