My Goals:
My weight loss goals, in short, are to at least get my pre-baby body back. But I'm hoping for an even more toned/sleek body than I've ever had.

My Program:
I'm following Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis Omnicentric program. Since I want her results, I will be following her diet as well. I'll also be easing my way back into running.....but for now it's still a little too cold at 6am, and I hate treadmills!

Other Information:
"There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.”
I'm making changes in all aspects of my life, starting with weight loss.

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog. I woke up feeling so down on myself. But you are right. I don't have to have a repeat performance everyday of everything I do wrong. I can learn from my mistakes. We all can.

I definitely need to use the Jedi mind trick on myself to not see any easter candy. :)

seeing you tuna and curry sauce made me want it for lunch! Dont have sauce but i have curry powder! Thanks ( and that is AWESOME on the protein! )
