To get through the hardest journey we need take only one step at a time, but we must keep on stepping�

So I keep stepping, or running, or dancing, hoping someday I reach my goal weight, but never too worried as long as I feel healthy and strong. I love this new life I am living and if I am constantly in worry about the scales then I can't really be happy, right? It makes sense to me. So every friday I stand on the scales and I am hopeful, but if nothing changes it is ok. I am inching, slowly and I'll take it!

My Goals:
I reached my goal of 140, now thinking about 135, which was my original goal.

My Program:
Zumba 1-2 days a week, toning 3 days, and my friend and I did a C25K program at the beginning of 2013 and since then I have done dozens of 5k's along with 3 4 milers, 2 10k and 4 half marathons! I am training for a full in October and have 3 more halves on tap for 2014 Already looking at some for 2015!

I am from Ashland, Ky. I am 42 years old with a wonderful hubby and 2 great boys aged 22 and 13. My husband and I own a small business and it keeps me very busy and stressed, but I am enjoying it!
