My Goals:
I reached my goal of 140, now thinking about 135, which was my original goal.

My Program:
Zumba 4-5 days a week, toning 3 days, and my friend and I did a C25K program at the beginning of the year and since then I have done many 5k's along with 2 10k and a half marathon! I plan to do 2 more in 2014 and a full in 2015.

Personal Information:
I am from Ashland, Ky. I am 42 years old with a wonderful hubby and 2 great boys aged 22 and 13. My husband and I own a small business and it keeps me very busy and stressed, but I am enjoying it!

Other Information:
My favorite movies ate The Princess Bride, Labrynth and The Wizard of Oz.

Fave TV shows: Greys Anatomy, The Biggest Loser, The Walking Dead, Revolution, The Voice and American Idol.

I even got one of the workers to take it with us. :)
Trying to join so i can keep moving towards my goal. Working on financial aid for a family membership. Then my whole family can go

River fitness is something my mil and I tried in the live strong program at the y. It is done in their River. It is a very high activity class going both against and with the current. It's quite a workout. I love it because I can jog and not hurt my back. Each time or teacher changes or exercises so no two classes are the same.

I hope to get a membership so I can continue.

Went to y with mil and did cardio and strength. Tomorrow doing the river fitness class. Then Sunday more strength and cardio.
The 28 pounds is not all from this time but had my last loss as well. I am down 22 this time to and super excited.
I have looked at fitbit but can't swing it at the moment cuz I need surgery so it all needs to go to that. Found a hand Dr so I see him the 7 th of april. Terrified after my crappy knee surgery but everyone tells me this guy is one of the best here. Pray that is true.

Hi dear!
Well, i cut out all added sugar. Even my love (soda) gave it up completely.
I am watching my fat eating very lean meats removing all visible fat. I have also limited my starch. basically making a plate that has the foods i should be eating. Low calorie as well. My back was so bad that i could not exercise other than walking so i had to figure something out and i did.

It's working for me. I am down 21 pounds now from when i got my act together.
