Completely starting over with a new mindset!

Hi My name is Julie. I live in the Indy area with my sweet dog Molly. I am back on spark to finally do this. I had a page, but I wanted to start fresh. Some of my goals are: Ultimately to lose 27 pounds. Take out processed foods out of my diet- gradually- limited bread in my diet drink 5-7 bottles of water daily exercise 6 times a week. SP has recently put out an excellent book called Spark Solutions that you
would find useful lots of good tips and recipes it also contains a two week diet programme to weight loss and total body health.
