Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. I'm working towards a smaller me and right now that's about 96lbs less of me that I would like to kick out the front door and never see again. I'm currently doing the 17 Day Diet along with tracking pretty much everything I can think of on SparkPeople. I love to track! I have spreadsheets all around my desk, I make my menu the night before and I'm walking a minimum of 45 minutes a day. I try to fit other things in like getting the kids out in the evenings for a ...

I try to fit other things in like getting the kids out in the evenings for a walk or bike ride too. I feel unstoppable. I haven't had a craving for anything in 2 weeks. When I make the kids something like a peanut butter & honey sandwich it's hard, but the second after I pass it up I'm over it and feel empowered. Food does not mean as much to me as it used to. It's fuel now! I want a healthy body more then anything. If a sexy body comes with it then that's a bonus! I can't wait to see what is under all this nonsense. :)

Ages ago you stopped by my page and said to let you know when I'd tried Zumba - I've been going for 3 weeks just once a week because that's all I can afford but I love it and although I had to push myself to go the first week since then I've arranged my schedule around the class. Thanks so much for giving me the push to go.
