Good to hear from you! I've been so bad lately with eating too many carbs... too many cookouts and too many burgers.. etc etc... just TOO MUCH of TOO MANY calories. Never gonna lose weight like that. I need to remember ... It's NOT about the Food! right?!
Ok,... so tomorrow is monday. I will weigh... I WILL eat healthier! I will start recording a downward trend in my weight :-) I WILL feel so much better for doing it. I want to lose about 30 lbs also. BUT would feel great after I lose 20... sooo.. Let's do this! 2612 days ago
