Progress!!!! I am starting to see change coming. It has been a month since I started tracking what I eat. I am staying in range... but at the top of it. time to get to the middle and get ALL that water in. I love my workouts and hate to miss one.

This week my focus will be on getting all my workout in ~ 5 or 6

Keep my food intake @ 1550.

My Goals:
To FEEL strong and vital again.
To get control of portion sizes...especially after 3pm!!!!
Be inspiring to others on their journey.
teach my children about good health and be an example.

My Program:
So far Im working out at least five times per week. alternating Biggest loser cardio max, w/ their power sculpt video. I keep some other on hand to break the monotony.
I set some real basic goals for this week:

Drink 8 glasses of water

Morning bible reading

exercise 5/6 times for at least 30 minutes

do my daily challenge
50 j'jacks,50 crunches
30 pushups

log my food.

DO the dishes after dinner :)

I love to read, Im a big Nicholas Sparks fan. I put the world on hold to read The Gaurdian in a day!!I love health/workout magazines prevention is a big favorite of mine.
A tree Grows in Brooklyn is an all time favorite of mine as is Jane Eyre(which was a bugger to get through!!!)

    Good to hear from you! I've been so bad lately with eating too many carbs... too many cookouts and too many burgers.. etc etc... just TOO MUCH of TOO MANY calories. Never gonna lose weight like that. I need to remember ... It's NOT about the Food! right?!

    Ok,... so tomorrow is monday. I will weigh... I WILL eat healthier! I will start recording a downward trend in my weight :-) I WILL feel so much better for doing it. I want to lose about 30 lbs also. BUT would feel great after I lose 20... sooo.. Let's do this!
