For me, fitness has been a way of life. Since I was little I watched my father eat right and lift weights. He has been my inspiration and guiding way in the health and fitness world.
As kids, we grew up being very active and played sports. I now compete in Triathlons and Cycling events while raising money for cancer research.
Like everyone else, I look for new ways of increasing my fitness levels, and to loose those extra pounds that always seem to creep on after the winter. We'll see how it goes...

This past January, I obtained my Personal Fitness Training Certification through AFAA. I hope to begin building a client base guiding men and women of all ages to achieve all of their fitness goals.

On June 1 of this year I will complete a century ride around Lake Tahoe, NV for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I can't wait to go, it's going to be magnificent. Look for some new pics after I get back, I'm sure I'll have plenty to share! To date I have raised over $9,000 for LLS doing 3 events.

Recently, I accepted an offer to be a cycling coach for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team and Training Program with whom I've been doing fundraising endurance events for since 2005. I am very excited to start coaching the Tour de Tuscon team this June.

I continue to teach Indoor Cycling at a few local gyms in my area. I love to see the members that come each week improve their fitness levels and enjoy challenging themselves each time.

I look forward to see where my fitness journey will take me far it has been a wonderful ride.

My Program:
Making healthier choices and adding more weight training to my exercise shedule. It's hard with all my triathlon and cycling training to fit it in, but it's a must this year!
