To eat more *real* food and drink more water. To break my sugar addiction. [I bake for a living so this one is really hard!] To continue regular workouts, get stronger, and become a better derby player. To reach my goals without losing my balance.

90-120 minute skate practice 2x/week 60-90 minute speed skate 2x/week 60 minute boxing class 1x/week 60 minute high intensity interval training 1x/week commuting by bicycle 2-4x/week
