Hello, I'm a 54 yo mom of a 14 year old son. I am diabetic and wanting to get in much better shape than I am now. It's sad when I can't do anything with my son because I'm always too tired. I am going to work diligently on losing weight and gaining energy. and stength. I think now that I've found this site it will be much easier. My goal weight is 115# (I'm only 4'10"), that means I need to lose 40#. Looking forward to a lot of support.

Right now I am focusing on drinking 8 glasses of water a day

Walking (goal is 10,000 steps)
