My Goals:
My finaly goald is that I would like to be the weight I was when I met my husband. That's 40lbs lighter. Then I can do more activities and be able to buy clothes that are more my style instead of buying what I can find that fits.
My Program:
To meet my goal I'll make smaller goals first 5 or 10lb at a time. I'll track my food at least 5 days of the week. Also I will excercise, stretch or wii activities 2 to 3 times a week for 30mins.
