I want to be able to go on week long backpacking hike, (Appalachan Trail?).
I want my 24 yr old son to pick me up and take a photo... no one has ever picked me up since I was a child.
I would like to ride a donkey down the grand canyon. Very strict weight rules!

Hey Sunshine! - how are things coming along? Thanks for the encouraging words on my page. I seem to be creating new positive habits which I'm thankful for... about flipping time!! I guess you CAN teach old dogs new tricks!
Hi, Kathy. Your smoothie sounds great. I can't do all the fruit, but I make a similar one except I use hemp milk vanilla unsweetened as it only has 1 carb. It tastes good too. I juice the kale cuke spinach, apple, and ginger and yum! Had some today and a big salad. Went to doctor and did blood there and I was 97...woot woot.
I so totally understand the work, too busy, thing. Been a rollercoaster ride for me. It has been good to hear from you. Now that much of the stress I had in my life has been eliminated, trying a new product, I pray and believe the fat will melt off of me...at least I pray so. I am not really wanting to have to have surgery as it is so risky for me. I am so thankful I am still alive and doing extremely well for my condition. It is "I don't want to give up" I've also started working on my book again.
