My name is Joel, I am a professional video game designer and I love food. I cook most of my own meals and make sure they are healthy, I go to the gym on average 4 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour a trip. I play games, read books, listen to tech podcasts and brew my own beer.

Aww, thank you for the goodie! It even matches my real yoga mat! No, I never got the Yourself Fitness thing or Wii Fit. I've got some yoga dvds, though, and keep messing around on yogajournal.com, which has a bunch of webcasts and podcasts and other media stuff. Haven't done much yoga, but still progressing on the house at least. :)
