Well I did 24 races in 12 months last year. I also lost 20 lbs total, although I gained 10 back from september to december.
So this years goals are to Have fewer races, but train at a higher quality for them.
2 Half Ironman distance, 2 Olympic distance and the rest shoudl be sprints. I will be focuing on Triathlon this year instead of all kinds of races.
Secondary goal that will just happen I think will be to get down into the 170's since that will make me ...

Hi there, I used to be a gamer and a drinker, but now I am a Triathlete and love every minute of it. My goal this year is to do 24 races in 12 months. As of the first week of march 4 are down and only 20 to go.
