    Just been looking at the Etsy store....& made up a favourites list....if I make any money from my next market, I will hopefully be able to buy some stuff....just one question, well, 2, actually. The Raspberry ripple glass beads, I guess they do have holes in them, so I could make them into a pendant? Or whatever? And the owl pendant charms, did you make these yourself?
    Would it be ethical to then incorporate them into my own jewellry making, well, more like assembling, really....and to on-sell them? I would be happy to add a note to say that they were your design...of course, if this isn't the done thing, I wouldn't do it, just not sure of these things, just starting out, really....I'll be guided by your thoughts.

    Maybe an Aries? I do think you are a Fire sign, anyway, just a feeling,......or you may have Leo rising...I am a Leo with Sagittarius rising hmmm....

    Myself, I eat low fructose....I am a follower of David Gillespie, author of Sweet Poison:The Quit Plan....lots of info on the forum at Sweet Poison.
    I am now motivated more after watching that video....I lost 19 kilos over 13 months on the Sweet Poison way of life....but then was a bit slack & put on 5 I am back on the wagon, as of last Monday, I lost 2 kilos last week....but must be vigilant, as I want to lose that 5, plus another 8, I want to get down to 85 kilos. That will be enough for me, as my skin will go too's getting too old to spring

    We recommend that you do this, as it is the basis of this very special journey with us to health and fitness.

    Our Team Leaders have all made this Journey and have learned so much, we are still learning as we go on.

    We are vibrant team who love our healthy Eating and doing lots of Exercise .
    We have lots of interesting and helpful Challenges going on, and the reasons for these are 3 fold .

    1) We need to count our Calories!!!. It is only by counting and keeping within our calorie range that Sparkpeople set for us, that we will lose weight and feel so much better.

    2) We need to drink Water!!!. We need to drink at the very least 8 full glasses a day, this will prevent dehydration, and also help to stop us feeling hungry ..
    Our brains and other organs in our bodies need water or they will shrivel up and cause so many medical problems .

    3) We need to Exercise!!!. We need to keep our bodies mobile and fit.
    Without exercising our bodies, muscles will die and we will suffer arthritis and other ailments.

    We have fun Challenges too, to tax your brain and keep it active ..
    Above all, Our mission is lead a Healthy and Fit life, free from Pain and Illness .

    Get yourself a journal and mark out each page into 11 vertical lines .

    First one is Date then Calories ,Fat,Carbs,Protien,Fiber,Sodium,Strength,C
    ardio,Calories Burned,Total Exercise minutes .

    If you do this you will always have a record of each days activities and it will be much easier to join our challenges .

    Challenges are put up to help you keep within your personal goals and I find they work really well ..
