The text below is my original entry two years ago. I am now 35 and in two years have lost 40 pounds. Wow. It has taken a long time to lose what seems like a little bit of weight. However, each day I wake up I keep saying today is going to be better. I haven't gained any of the weight back so that is great! I still have 40 pounds to go. At this rate, my goal is just to be my goal weight by the time I'm 40. Some day.

I am a 33 married special education teacher. I have three beautiful children and am working on completing my masters degree in May. I have emotionally ate my way to 205 and am determined through His strength, to lose the weight that crept on over the years.

My Program:
Below is my old plan. My new program has been upgraded to 3 mile runs three times a week. Lifting weights every other day focusing on a different area of my body.

Walking for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Biking for 30 minutes 2 days per week.

Hey, portion control is better than some of these crazy "diets". (Try eating cabbage for a week...YUCK!) I understand though.
But hey, you should be proud of yourself, you're doing great! I'll pray for you ...which reminds me , I need to get to bed, it's getting LATE! Smile...it's good for you! emoticon
