My heaviest weight was 245 pounds. Using SP I got down to 212. Then I stopped using SP and went back to 232. So what did I learn? Pretty much what I already thought I learned... - I need to track all of my food. Whether it's a 2500 calorie day or a 1500 calorie day. - I need to exercise, at least 30 minutes, every day.
