Hi there, I am here to finally lose the last 20 lbs. to reach my fitness goal. I started at 197 lbs two years ago, but have had a hard time losing those last 20. I have maintained my weight of 154 for over a year now but need to step it up a notch and get serious about reaching my goal.

My Goals:
1) Drink more water and kick to soda habit.

2) Walk 10,000 steps a day

3) Lose 20 by Dec.

My Program:
Don't really have a set program exactly. Just plan to eat "clean" and cut out processed foods.

Also pick up the workouts. Need to be moving everyday.

Total book nerd :)
