I want a skinny me!

All my life I have been making excuses and blaming others for my weight and NEVER doing anything about it. Well.... That is all about to change. After becoming a 2x cancer survivor I not only want the change but i NEED the change. I am currently 240, the largest i have ever been. I am not happy. I joined a weight loss clinic and am currently taking phentermine along with continuing to monitor my calories and work out.

My Program:
I have started Zumba and I love it!! My goal is to at least do 1 workout a day.

I will drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Eat my 1200 calories a day.

I saw on the Insanity board that you started on the 28th. My first session is tomorrow. I'm super nervous.

Don't get discouraged if it's hard - it's a good thing...... at least that is what I'm telling myself.
