Need to stay motivated!

I am always on a different diet. The last diet was south beach. I got down to 125 in June 2011, now I am at my heaviest 143. I don't want the scale to keep creeping up:( I was always very active in highschool then I was in the military. Now I have kids and a full-time job, it seems I dont have the time I once did to work out. my ideal weight would be 120 but I would be ecstatic at this point to get somewhere between 125-130. I hope this works. I am going to focus on eating balaced meals between ...
