Gaining my health back

I am 32 years old and training for my first double century in July 2012. I am losing the baby weight and the extra from just being lazy for years. Its a slow process but its going along.

My Goals:
I am currently training for the Seattle to Portland bicycle classic a 204 mile bike ride and the 2012 Nike Women's 1/2 marathon.
Ultimately I would like to be about 120-130 pounds. But I want to do it in a healthy way that will allow me to maintain my weightloss.

My Program:
I bike once mid week or take a spin class, and ride on Saturday and Sunday mileage varies. I run Mon, Wed, Friday following the Train Like a Mother 5k plan for now. I really need to work strength in there somehow.
