Floss 5 days/week

Drop 1 or 2 jean sizes
Loose 20 lbs
Change lifestyle
Gain more energy
Be happier
Train to be a body builder

My Program:
Visualizing myself where I want to be. When I work out I imagine my legs getting slim and tone.
40 min cardio 4x's per week
20 min strength 4x's per week

132lbs-spider vein surgery
size 5/6 jeans-new wardrobe!
300 on PT test-new magazine subscription to Women's Health
