Hello all! My name is Jessica and I'd love to lose a little less than 50 lbs to be healthy, fit and hopefully gain a little more confidence in the process. I have dealt with weight issues since my early teens and am happy to admit that things have gotten better and not worse since then. I've learned to accept the ups and downs; knowing that I just have to be patient and not give up.

My Goals:
40 minutes of exercise at least 5x a week, go walking at the park daily, control my evening binges as well as overcoming emotional overeating.

My Program:
I have a bike at home that I use to workout. I love going to the park with my husband and dog before hubby goes to work in the morning. We get to spend some quality time with one another since I don't usually see him until early evening hours. And I love seeing how happy my cocker spaniel gets when she finds out where we are heading!
