My Goals:
My goal is to stay motivated to continue weight training even after my class is over, eat more healthily, become more flexible, and GAIN, yes gain, weight.
My Program:
I'm only just beginning, but I'm currently in a college weight training class. I plan on stretching ever day and STOP eating SO much fast food.
