Discovering MY Mind, Body and Soul
Want to not focus too much on the scale, just the way my clothes fit. I want the main focus to be health and the way I feel about myself in and out. Along with my commitment to the EAT TO LIVE lifestyle change, I am also looking to grow spiritually. I currently am not devoted to any religious group and am in search of guidance/deeper meaning. I do have a goal weight, yes, but its based off of the size I was when I felt best about my body. My goal weight is low but I am a small ...

My Program:
Eat To live BREAKFAST: Fruit, 1oz. nuts WATER LUNCH: Lg. Salad, 1c. Beans, 1 Fruit WATER DINNER: 2+ Cooked Veggies, 1 TBSP(max) Oil, 1 c. Grain/Starch, 1 Fruit *no coffee, no dairy, no animal protein, very limit bread
