Discovering MY Mind, Body and Soul

Want to not focus too much on the scale, just the way my clothes fit. I want the main focus to be health and the way I feel about myself in and out. Along with my commitment to the EAT TO LIVE lifestyle change, I am also looking to grow spiritually. I currently am not devoted to any religious group and am in search of guidance/deeper meaning.

Eat To live

BREAKFAST: Fruit, 1oz. nuts

WATER

LUNCH: Lg. Salad, 1c. Beans, 1 Fruit

WATER

DINNER: 2+ Cooked Veggies, 1 TBSP(max) Oil, 1 c. Grain/Starch, 1 Fruit


*no coffee, no dairy, no animal protein, very limit bread

walk/run 2 mi 5 days

Week 2: 12/29-1/4
walk/run 3 mi 5 days

Week 3: 1/5-1/11

I'm sorry you are sick! :( !
But consider putting off all exercise till your feeling better. It's not just about losing weight but good health too. In general, your doing a GREAT job just making your weight loss goal (and health) a positive daily part of your focus. I hope your feeling better...soon! :)

I saw you joined the 5'3 team, thought i'd say hi! I too am 5/3 and 3/4. I hope you get to your goal weight of 110. I would love to be that size but I'm aiming for 125 (I'm currently 136) -but who knows. :)! Anyway, please be sure to post when you can so we know how your doing, I'll be rooting for you! emoticon emoticon
