Hiya my lovely. Thankyou for your comment. Maybe when it took you 3 months to lose 15 pounds it was because at that stage you were still finding your way around how to eat healthily. The thing is, I KNOW what works and I always lose the same amount of weight in the first month of me starting (which has been various times as you know). Even back in January I lost 12 pounds in one month so I don't know why this time for the first time nothing is happening. Not giving up though! 277 days ago
Thanks for the details! I might decide to do something like that as well. I have already come to the conclusion that while strength training is good and a necessary part of my workouts, I don't see results unless I am also getting my running in. I am almost afraid to skip a run anymore because the cause and effect seems so real.
