Starting Again....

This is not my first time on Spark but now I'm back to start over, again. I learned a lot of successful habits my last go around and managed to loose 30lbs but then life, career and a wedding got the best of me. Instead of adapting my new lifestyle to my new life, I let old comforts in and began eating anything and everything. It's true what they say about you are what you eat and now my body is in rejection mode and craves food with substance. Unfortunately, it decided a big mac was not ...
This is not my first time on Spark but now I'm back to start over, again. I learned a lot of successful habits my last go around and managed to loose 30lbs but then life, career and a wedding got the best of me. Instead of adapting my new lifestyle to my new life, I let old comforts in and began eating anything and everything. It's true what they say about you are what you eat and now my body is in rejection mode and craves food with substance. Unfortunately, it decided a big mac was not substance :(. My new husband (eeek, I can't believe I just said that) and I are looking to start a family soon and I need to get my body to a place where I won't worry about my weight nor habits. I will start slow, like before, and ease my way back into this. I would like to be finished by our one year anniversary but know that this is a lifetime commitment that, unfortunately, is never ending. I want to find foods that are somewhere between additive full/high sodium/high fat and tofu. I want to find ways to merge a reality life with natural foods.

My first goal is 10 lbs by Sept 16th. Wish me luck!

Low calorie, more natural foods combine with a light weight and aerobic program. No rush, easing into things slowly and comfortably.

Personal Information:
I am a 23 y/o, newly married Floridian legal assistant who is desperately trying to finish school (Elem. Ed.). I also have a 7 yo step daughter that I am attempting to teach healthy habits to so that she never has to go through what I did as a child. I've been "fluffy" since birth heh.

Hi! Do you have a partner yet for the Blue Team?? I thought we could keep each other accountable...our weight loss goals are similar - and though Im not newly married (or married at all for that matter) our lifestyles are fairly close ... no kids :o) Let me know what you think? How do you think you are doing on your goal of 10 lbs by Sept 16th?? Your getting close!
