    hey you! You CAN log your shakes, but you'll have to enter them yourself. At the smoothie bar there is a menu (not the recipe thing we use) and on the back of the menu there is nutrition info. I bring a piece of paper with me and I write it down for the shake I want, and then I put it into SP. You can search Whey Protein in the nutrition tracker. Most protein powder is pretty close to the same (in my experience) so I just used what comes up and save it to my favorite. Then when I log the shake I log it separately from the protein. I don't know if that made any sense, but I can show you tonight if you end up coming over. I'm glad you're tracking!! It's going to amaze you the progress you will make by doing that!! :-D
