I am currently 77 kilos and I would like to be about 67-65, I want to buy new cloths, join a sports club and just start jogging.

My Program:
No real program i am just going to live it everyday and try my best, to stay under 50 carbs a day.

Best advice I can give is to be aware of what you are consuming and exercise. If you are not going to follow a program then I would suggest writing down what you eat and making sure you are aware of portion size. Good luck and welcome.
