I started taking 1/2 hour walks on my lunch hour. I want to increase my activity to morning walks with the dogs and after work on the elliptical.

Yeah, I work at a University so, the parking just sucks. Anywhere I park I would have to walk about three blocks to a building. If I took the bus or train I would actually get dropped off in front of my building, but that takes a half hour longer than my normal commute.
I was hoping to go to my Pilates class today, but I might have to skip it in order to get my car to the shop for repairs. But, I could run home from the shop, which is about a mile. It's cold outside though, about 35F and a bit windy.

how are you doing with the challenge? Did you park farther away today? I have to walk a long way from my parking spot to the building I need to get to for work. I parked a few more spots away than usual. It ends up taking me about 10 minutes to walk from the parking spot to my desk.

Yesterday I was able to find this new brick workout in my triathlon magazine. I did 10 minutes bike then jumped off, did 5 minutes of running, then repeated the bike for 10 minutes then run for five. I haven't tried a brick like this before. It was
