My Goals:
I want my kids to be proud when I show up at their school. I want my kids to know the difference between healthy eating and unhealthy eating. I want my 1 year old to NEVER ask for McDonalds. Ugh. Nevereverevereverever.

I want my honey to be proud when we run into his old friends.. and I don't want the old friends to walk away thinking "Wow, he's hooked a fatty."
Also, I've told him, he WILL NOT marry a fat girl. He won't.

Lastly, but most important, I want to feel AMAZING inside and out.

 Eat real food, not a ton of it. Go to the gym. Drink tons of water, because without it, I will not lose weight.

I live in the wonderful town of Yukon Oklahoma. My name is Jessica, and I've got 3 kids and a husband. Our son is 11, our daughters are 8 and 1. They are all incredible little kiddo's. I'm in college, taking 9 credit hours. I want to be a respiratory therapist.

I just realized I never answered your question about the weight loss thing... I had NO clue what I'd look like, especially since I used to wear glasses and never got my hair done. I feel like I look like an entirely different person and it was really hard to even imagine it since I have never been smaller than about 160 pounds or so. I just hoped that I would look better, lol.

Hey girl, great job on the staying off the smoking! The first 3 months were toughest for me, and then it was just about making the choice as opposed to fighting the craving, so you should be homefree now! Congrats on the 6 lbs lost, it doesn't matter if you have to start over, so long as you never give up! Keep it up, you can do this! emoticon

Hi there! Glad to see you still "lurking"! Most importantly, you're doing well. Sometimes we all stumble. I went through a pretty rough patch not too long ago and it was a bear to get back out of my hole, but I did. And you will too. I'm proud of you for for still not smoking! It isn't all bad news! You're still making good choices and adjusting to a new you. It takes a while, I'm doing the same thing. BUT we're in it together!!

Keep that smile on and be happy with the good things you're doing every day! emoticon

And Happy Belated Birthday!! emoticon I just had one too-42 this year-woohoo!! Let's hear it for the delusional Virgos!! LOL!! I got a good laugh out of that comment-thanks!
