My Goals

My name is Jessie and I am in my 20's. I had surgery and now have no thyroid so I am dealing with trying to lose weight from that. I gained 20 lbs the last year from the cancer/thyroid aftermath. I am getting married in October and want to look and feel my best. I am really trying to get some motivation to get going and just some people to chat with that have goals like mine. So let's get fit!

I really hope I can stick to my goals.


I've just started with a personal trainer (2/22) for 2 days a week, 1 hour a day and I hope that can get me motivated to workout at least 2 more days a week.

I hate the idea of me in a swimsuit. It's enough to make me cry. I want to be able to attend different swim parties this summer instead of think about excuses not to go. I want to feel confident.

I struggle with exercise because I always feel so exhausted but I am really good at my eating habits. I am hoping that through minimum exercise and eating really well I can reach my goal.

I am trying to eat more fiber and protein and do at least 15 minutes of exercise everyday.

I have been slow to get going with Spark! There is a lot of information:) We should get together this week for a walk or work out and talk Spark. Perhaps you could get me set up some more!
